Some, or all, of the following is held on file as a customer/supplier record
- Company/Trading Name
- Invoice/delivery addresses
- Contact names, telephone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses
- VAT Reg Number
- Company Registration Number
- Bank account details.
- Trading history with EWL UK Limited
We use this information to facilitate our ongoing trading with your company.
The information may be shared with our bad debt insurance provider (so that we can provide a customer a trading credit limit), debt collectors and solicitors in the event of customer failing to pay on time, solicitors in the event of customer/supplier dispute and our accountants.
In the event of us needing to use a subcontractor to complete work on our behalf we may need to provide your company name, address, site contact name and phone number, however only if this is absolutely necessary.
We do not sell the information held to third parties
New prospects and enquiries
If we do not currently have a relationship with you, and you then contact us by phone, email, via our website or in person, we may record your contact information (Name, email address, phone number, Invoice/delivery address) so that we can contact you in relation to your enquiry. This information is not passed on to third parties.
How long we will keep your data:
We do not keep your data for longer than we need to, which is usually 7 years after your relationship ends with us.
